Website Redesign & Revamp Malaysia

Your business moved forward.

Did your website come with you?

Maybe your website wasn't bad when it was built. Maybe your business simply outgrew it.

  • New services.
  • Better customers.
  • Bigger projects.
  • More experience.
  • A stronger team.

But your website is still telling the story of who you were years ago. Maybe it's time your website caught up.

Same business. Different first impression.

BeforeThe old website looked generic, and even small edits came with extra charges. The content also did not explain the business strongly enough.

AfterI rebuilt it with a stronger brand feel, better photo presentation, interactive effects and a clearer UI/UX flow designed around trust and enquiries.

This happens to good businesses too

An old website doesn't mean you have a bad business.

Actually, sometimes it's the opposite.

You were busy. Customers came in. The company grew. Your team got bigger. Your services changed. And the website?

“Later lah.”

Then one year becomes three. Three becomes five. And suddenly somebody asks:

“Can send me your website?”

You send the link… and quietly hope they don't judge your whole company by it. 😄

If that feeling sounds familiar: it's probably time.

The problem isn't just design

Your customer doesn't know it's an old website.

They only know what they see. They don't know:

  • “Actually our company is much better than this.”
  • “We have 30 staff now.”
  • “We work with big customers.”
  • “This website was built in 2017.”

They see the website today. And they form an opinion today.

Your website may be old. Their first impression is brand new.

Sound familiar?

Problems I see when revamping websites.

01

Your business looks better offline than online.

Beautiful office. Professional team. Good customers. Serious business. Then the website looks like another company entirely.

02

Nobody knows what you actually do anymore.

Services were added. Products changed. The website kept getting patched. Eventually everything is there… but nothing is clear.

03

Mobile feels like an afterthought.

Tiny text. Wrong spacing. Buttons too small. Your customer shouldn't need two fingers and patience just to understand your company.

04

The website has become a storeroom.

“Add this.” “Put this also.” “Boss wants this banner.” Nobody stopped to ask: does all of this still need to be here? Sometimes redesigning means removing.

05

Google still sees the old business too.

Your products, services and market changed. Old pages and weak SEO structure may still tell search engines an outdated story. A revamp is a chance to clean that up properly.

06

You're embarrassed to share the link.

This one doesn't need a technical explanation. If you hesitate before sending a serious customer your own website… we should probably talk.

There's usually a reason you're here

Something about your current website is bothering you.

Maybe it's one of these.

“My website just looks old.”

Your business has moved forward.

But your website still looks like it belongs to another time.

Old layout. Old photos. Old content. Old feeling.

You don't necessarily need a different business.

You just need your website to look like the business you are today.

Let's refresh it.

“My website got hacked.”

This one hurts.

Your website gets hacked, infected with malware, redirected somewhere strange, or suddenly stops working.

You can keep repairing an old website… but sometimes it's worth asking:

Should we rebuild it properly while we're fixing the problem?

A revamp gives us the opportunity to improve the design, clean up the setup and review the website's security foundation at the same time.

Don't just bring the old website back. Build back better.

“I tried an AI website… but everything looks AI.”

AI can build a website very quickly. That's useful.

But fast doesn't automatically mean good. Sometimes you end up with:

Generic layout. Generic copy. Generic images. Generic everything.

And when you want to change something properly… you realise you don't really know how.

AI is a tool.

It shouldn't be the creative director of your business.

I use AI too. But I use it to help me think, analyse and work better.

The final website still needs human judgement.

“We're rebranding.”

New logo. New colours. New positioning. New products. New management. New target market.

Maybe even a completely new direction.

If the business has changed significantly, changing the logo in the website header isn't enough.

New brand. New story.

Your website needs to explain who you've become, not just show your new colours.

“I'm paying too much just to maintain this website.”

This is another one I hear from business owners.

Monthly maintenance. Hosting. Small updates. Plugin fees. Support fees.

Every little request becomes another charge. Sometimes those costs are justified. Sometimes they're not.

Let me look at what you're actually paying for.

There may be a simpler way to structure the website, hosting and ongoing support without paying for things your business doesn't really need.

The goal isn't zero maintenance cost. The goal is:

Pay for what actually makes sense.

“Honestly… I just don't like the design.”

That's a valid reason too.

Maybe another designer recently completed it. Technically, everything works. But every time you open the website… you just don't like it.

Maybe it doesn't feel like your company. Maybe the designer didn't understand what you had in mind. Maybe your customers aren't responding to it. Or maybe you can't even explain what's wrong.

You just know: “This isn't us.”

That's enough reason for me to take a look. Sometimes I'll immediately see the problem. Sometimes we'll need to figure it out together.

You shouldn't feel embarrassed by the website representing your own business.

Whatever brought you here, don't revamp just for the sake of revamping.

Before changing everything, let's understand:

  1. What's actually wrong?
  2. What's still good?
  3. What should we keep?
  4. What should we improve?
  5. And what should never make it into the new website? 😄

Then we redesign with a reason.

Not sure how much of your website needs changing?

Send me your current website. I’ll look at it first. Sometimes you need a full revamp. Sometimes you only need to fix a few things. I’ll tell you what I think.

Show Lucian My Website

Revamp doesn’t mean throw everything away.

Your existing website may already have:

  • Google visibility
  • Useful content
  • Backlinks
  • Customer traffic
  • Indexed pages
  • Working functions
  • Years of history

I don’t want to destroy useful things just because we want a new design.

Keepwhat makes sense.

Improvewhat doesn’t.

Removewhat should no longer be there.

SEO safety check before anything moves

  • Existing indexed URLs
  • Page titles
  • Redirects
  • Internal links
  • Useful existing content
  • Backlinks where visible
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console
  • Sitemap
  • Robots directives
  • Canonical URLs

I don’t blindly change URLs because a new structure looks cleaner. If an old URL already has value, I keep it where possible, or redirect it properly.

Your business already moved forward.

Let's bring your website along.

Send me your current website link. Tell me what's bothering you about it.

I'll tell you honestly what I'd keep, what I'd fix and what I'd remove.

No hard selling. Let's look at your website together first.
