Hi, I'm Lucian Yong.

Freelance web designer in Puchong. I help business owners in KL, Selangor, PJ and Puchong get noticed, earn trust and get more enquiries, with web design, Google Ads, software and AI.

My greatest award is seeing my customers succeed.

A roofing contractor was running his business from home, with his kids around him. I thought: “I want to help this guy.”

Today he has a proper warehouse, more staff, and he can put food on the table for his kids.

He gave me a testimonial without me even asking. So I climbed up onto his roof to film it with him.

Most of my time belongs to my family and my work.

And I want to be at my best for both.

So I make time for myself too.

Muay Thai and exercise have become part of how I take care of my body — and my mind.

Clear my head.

Reset.

Focus.

Stay healthy.

Come back stronger.

Because my work needs more than a laptop.

It needs a clear mind.

When I'm thinking about your website, your customers, your sales or your marketing, I need to be able to think properly.

Sometimes the best idea doesn't come from staring at the screen longer.

Sometimes I need to step away, train, reset… and come back seeing the problem differently.

Train the body.

But there's another reason I stay healthy.

I have people I want to be around for.

My wife.
My son.
My parents.

I want the energy to protect and take care of my family.

I want to stay healthy enough to enjoy life with them.

And I want to keep doing the work I love for many more years.

I don't train to fight people.

A personal note

Tech taught me how to build. Sales taught me how to sell.

I studied Computer Science, but I spent 15+ years in sales across banking, insurance and property.

In insurance, I became the #1 rookie among 200 new agents in just 3 months — a target that normally took much longer to reach.

Sales taught me one thing I still use in every website I design:

People don't just buy the product. They buy trust, confidence and the feeling that they're making the right choice.

That's why I don't design your website like an IT person.
